Regular maintenance of concrete mixing plant can greatly increase its service life.

1. Speed reduction machine (and electric drum shall be subject to the corresponding provisions in the operation manual).

2. The aggregate belt conveyor of the agitator is still loaded, the belt conveyor is still 8 times under the bearing of the screw conveyor of each batching machine - the grease gun shall be used to fill the oil cup before starting up every day

3. Disassemble and check every 200 hours and replace with new grease. The transmission gear of the mixer shall be coated with a little butter before starting up every day.

4. Apply a small amount of grease on the chain, clean the chain every 300 hours, and open the housing of each transmission chain once a week.

5. Clean the tensioning screw rod of each belt conveyor and belt feeder once a week and apply new grease.

6. When the blade slurry is worn to less than 2 / 3 of the original area, the blade slurry shall be replaced.

7. The working conditions of the mixer are bad. After each shift, discharge the materials in the mixture storage bin, cut off the main power supply, check the fastening of the mixing arm and the blade slurry, tighten the nut immediately if it is found to be loose, and open the upper cover of the mixer; In order to avoid accidents caused by blade slurry falling off, material bonding and hardening, affecting the normal use of the equipment, clean or remove the materials adhered everywhere in the equipment.

8. Replace the sealing gasket or sealing ring in time to ensure sufficient oil. When oil leakage occurs to the reducer or electric drum.

9. After the cover plate on the mixer cylinder is damaged, it shall be repaired in time to prevent materials from flying out and hurting people.
