(2) The whole set of equipment must have good wind and lightning protection equipment. Since the height of cement silo and cement tank is generally higher than that of surrounding buildings and equipment, it is easy to be attacked by cyclone and lightning early, so it must have good lightning protection supporting equipment.

(3) Whether the welding of warehouse body is precise. Since the particles of stored materials such as cement are relatively small and can be as small as micron, it is necessary to carefully check whether the joints of the warehouse body are precise, and strictly investigate the root causes of potential safety problems such as material leakage, air leakage and material leakage.

(4) . the dust collector on the top of cement bin / cement tank shall not only meet the requirements of air supply by bulk truck and after the disassembly of finished products, but also ensure that there is no negative pressure in the bin when powder substances are used.

(5) Whether the arch breaking device can work normally. Prevent the powder from caking, block the cloth bag and burst the warehouse. Once the cloth bag is blocked and the pressure in the warehouse exceeds the safety pressure of the pressure safety valve on the top of the warehouse, the pressure safety valve can be opened to release the pressure in the warehouse to prevent the occurrence of warehouse explosion accident.

(6) Whether the cement metering system is easy to control and operate and whether the weighing is accurate.
