Precautions for installation and commissioning of cement brick machine

Cement brick machine is a mechanical equipment that uses slag, slag, fly ash, stone powder, sand, stone and cement as raw materials, scientifically proportioning, adding water and mixing, and pressing cement brick, hollow block or color pavement brick under high pressure through brick making machinery. 1. Adjust the gap between the scraper of the feeding mechanism of the cement brick machine and the bottom plate of the barrel, which shall not be greater than 2mm.

2. Adjust the gap between the bottom surface of the blanking barrel of the feeding mechanism and the large plate shall not be greater than 0.5mm.

3. Adjust the gap between the adjusting ring of the upper barrel of the feeding mechanism and the feeding tray to be 0.5-1mm.

4. Adjust the height of the track so that after the brick is ejected, the mold surface shall be 1 mm higher than the disk surface (it is allowed to adjust the track and support surface with thin iron sheet).

5. Adjust the eccentric shaft of the brick pressing mechanism so that it can press out the required brick blank. After the installation of the unburned brick machine, the commissioning must be carried out, including air cut-off and load test.

Before the commissioning of the cement brick machine, the appearance of the machine shall be inspected, the parts that have not been fastened shall be tightened, and the sundries on the surface of the rotary table, in the transverse hole and other transmission parts shall be removed. At the same time, sufficient lubricating oil shall be added to each lubricating point, and then the machine shall be moved manually to rotate the rotary table for 2-3 weeks. After checking the machine, it is confirmed that there is no jamming.

After all inspections are qualified, the cement brick machine can carry out the empty car test, and the operation time shall not be less than 2 hours. During the empty car test, carefully observe the bearing temperature, gear meshing, motor temperature rise and lubrication, and pay attention to the working conditions of brick pressing mechanism and track top brick. After the empty car test is qualified, gradually increase the feeding amount, carry out the load test, and then check the working condition of each part under the load. The load test shall not be less than 4 hours.
