What should be checked brick making machine before installation?

What should be checked brick making machine before installation? Due to long-distance transportation or long-term storage, the following inspections should be carried out before machine installation:

1. Whether the machine is damaged or missing during transportation.

2. Check whether the fasteners of all parts of the machine are loose.

3. Main engine: measure the level of the embedded anchor steel plate, hoist the main engine in place after confirming that the horizontal error of the six steel plates is small (Note: only the welded main engine can be used for hoisting) and put the shock-absorbing rubber pad under the hexagonal plate.

4. Plate feeder: connect and adjust the plate feeder so that the upper plane of the channel steel of the plate feeder is flush with the upper plane of the vibrating table. During adjustment, a standard tray can be placed between the plate feeder and the vibrating table. Adjust the height of the plate feeder. It is better that the plate feeder is 2-3mm higher than the shaking table. The front and rear distance is just in the center of the shaking table, and the height of the plate feeder is the same.

5. Brick making machine: connect and adjust the plate feeder. The adjustment method is the same as that of the plate feeder. The height of the brick making machine shall be slightly 2-3mm lower than the vibration platform, and the minimum distance from the vibration platform of the main machine shall be about 5mm. Assembly will affect the production of bricks. If the distance is too small, the chain will be rubbed. The front and rear height of the brick machine is consistent (or the front is low and the rear is high. When equipped with a stacker, the brick machine is required to produce one brick and one plate, and push the plate without plate).

6. Palletizing machine: the palletizing machine should only support bricks and cooperate with the brick machine.

7. Put the hydraulic station and electric cabinet in place, and connect the hydraulic pipeline and electrical connection. (note that the hydraulic pipeline must be sealed to avoid oil leakage.) Manually run the machine several times to confirm that the action is normal. (pay attention to the movement of the hydraulic cylinder. At first, there will be crawling due to the air in the system. Move back and forth several times, and the crawling will disappear after the air is discharged.) Observe the plate entry. After operation, the plate feeder and the connecting plate are fixed on the welded base plate.

8. After the installation and commissioning of each part of the machine, manually confirm that the action of each moving mechanism is correct, and carry out trial production in the form of automation. Adjust the vibration feeding time, pressure head, demoulding, plate feeding limit switch, mold base vibration and pressure vibration time to make the product meet the standard.
